Purpose: To ensure employees report their time according to college policy, and that nonexempt employees are compensated for all hours worked

Policy
Employees are required to report their time accurately and promptly in accordance with college requirements.
Procedures
Nonexempt (Hourly) Employees
You must submit all of the hours you’ve worked each pay period through Workday. Your submission should also include any paid time off (e.g., sick time, vacation), plus any time spent traveling and attending mandatory training, professional conferences, etc. This time must be submitted in Workday for your supervisor’s approval by noon on the Monday of each pay week.
Exempt (Salaried) Employees
Report your time off via Workday.
