Business administration

Become a leader in the business world

As one of the programs within our Schneider School of Business & Economics, business administration develops and empowers ethical business leaders. You’ll become adept at essential skills for doing business in an increasingly interconnected world, including analytical thinking, negotiation, communication and management.

Our program provides top-notch teaching from business faculty as well as thoughtful mentoring. St. Norbert’s strong ties to the region’s economic leaders also give you many ways to engage with local and global business networks. Combine that with hands-on learning and the opportunity for meaningful internship experience, and you’ll have a sturdy foundation for future success.

Earn your Bachelor of Business Administration degree in one of these majors:
  • General business administration
  • Finance
  • Management
  • Marketing
  • Sports management
  • Supply chain management
Already decided on a non-business major at SNC? You can still broaden your career prospects by pairing a seven-course business administration minor with your chosen major. SNC now offers a sports management minor as well.

Enrich your business administration degree

Opportunities abound at St. Norbert College for business administration students. Pursue college internships with Fortune 500 companies or participate in other real-world learning. Seek out service-learning engagements where you’ll help meet the needs of communities near and far. Get involved in student organizations — or create your own — to develop your leadership potential and hone your management skills. All these things will not only build your knowledge and confidence, but will strengthen your resume and boost your employability, too.

Our students working toward business administration degrees have interned at:
  • Associated Bank
  • Cintas
  • Green Bay Packers
  • Merrill Lynch
  • Schreiber Foods
  • US Bank
  • Unilever

Since the Business Administration degree program is part of the Schneider School of Business & Economics, you’ll also have access to many of the same faculty and resources as our MBA students. Additionally, you might be interested in The Center for Business, Economics and Analytics, where business students collaborate with college faculty to provide research-based solutions for community partners. Or perhaps you’ll consider a minor in leadership studies to further focus your undergraduate degree.

Whatever path you embark on, we’ll be here to support you.

  • If you want it and work hard enough toward it, things will fall into place. But you have to work for it. That’s something my parents instilled in me – that “if you want it, you have to get it” work ethic. And if you ever feel alone or scared, don’t be afraid to ask questions or reach out, because so many people are willing to go out of their way to help. The Norbertine ideal of communio is real. People love you and care for you here like you’re their own, and it’s just so welcoming. It was bittersweet to leave!
