When you first apply for admission to SNC, you are automatically considered for academic merit scholarships. Students who receive academic scholarships do not reapply each academic year. The amount that is originally awarded is dispersed equally during the course of four years. To continue receiving this merit aid, you are required to maintain the minimum standards associated with the specific award, or risk losing your scholarship.
Exceptionally accomplished students are honored with this scholarship. Trustee Distinguished scholars must be enrolled full time, and must maintain satisfactory academic progress and a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.0 at SNC.
If you have an outstanding college preparatory background, you could be awarded this competitive scholarship. Presidential scholars must be enrolled full time, and must maintain satisfactory academic progress and a cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.75 at SNC.
SNC chooses students with impressive academic potential for this award. Students must be enrolled full time, and must maintain satisfactory academic progress and a cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.5 at SNC.
Do you thrive on being actively engaged in your school? Students who receive this scholarship demonstrate quality academic preparation with participation in high school activities and community service projects. Van Dyke scholars must be enrolled full time, and maintain satisfactory academic progress and a cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.0 at SNC.
We offer merit-based tuition awards to highly qualified foreign students who apply to study in a degree program at St. Norbert College. Award decisions are made after application documents are received and the applicant’s file is complete. Entering full-time transfer students are awarded by the office of admission on the basis of high school and postsecondary education records, standardized test scores and extracurricular activities. A transfer scholarship is applied to tuition only. Recipients must maintain a good social standing and a cumulative grade-point average that is in line with the amount of scholarship received.
