Kasia Buboltz

Assistant Director for Assessment
B.A., Hunter College-CUNY (Political Science and Anthropology)
M.A., University of Auckland (International Development Studies)  

Kasia Buboltz is responsible for coordinating the college’s assessing, planning and administrative activities to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of programs and services. She works closely with faculty, staff and administrators to collaborate on assessment reporting projects and foster a culture of inquiry, critical self-reflection, evidence-based decision making and a learner-centered environment. In her years at the college, she has served on various board and college committees, working groups, and with the Staff Association leadership team.

Prior to St. Norbert College, Kasia worked for over 20 years in with non-profit and government entities on project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, research, grants and targeted communications on issues such as affordable housing, community development, urbanization processes, disability rights, and country of origin research for refugee immigration. Her breadth of experience provides unique background and insights into strategic vision and organizational structure.

Kasia is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, in the Ed.D. for Sustainable Education degree program, researching the various mechanisms and intersections of equity and inclusion in the higher education setting.  As a proponent of life long and continuous learning, she also holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, CITI IRB and Ethical Research Certificates, has attended numerous student learning outcome and program assessment workshops, and is a member of the Association for the Assessment of Learning in Higher Education (AALHE).
