Geography courses at St. Norbert College bring the social and natural sciences together to explore how people are affected by the natural world. You’ll sharpen your understanding of local, regional and world dynamics in a way that’s increasingly important in our global society. You’ll also explore how culture, society and even politics are affected by geography and how the physical environment can have a serious impact on the population of an area.
We offer elective courses in geography studies that complement a variety of our other majors in the social sciences, physical sciences and biological sciences. Course examples include: World Regions and Issues, Global Physical Environments and GIS-Social Sciences/Humanities.
