Two-thirds of Wisconsin counties lack access to affordable, quality health care. Want to be part of the solution? Pharmacists are working to help close the gap when it comes to accessing and being able to pay for health care by providing vaccines, assisting clients with medication management and providing patient care services such as strep tests or measuring vital signs.
St. Norbert College gives you a way to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in natural sciences from SNC and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) in just six years!
Looking for a fast track to becoming a pharmacist? Check out SNC’s unique 3+3 partnership with the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW)! You’ll spend your first three years completing an undergraduate curriculum at SNC, and then transfer into the Pharm.D. program at MCW to finish your degree.
Apply today for this unique program!
Do you have a minimum ACT score of 26, and a cumulative high school GPA of at least 3.75? If so, we encourage you to apply for the 3+3 program through MCW when you receive your SNC acceptance. Note: we’ll prioritize your application if we receive it by March 1. Upon acceptance into the 3+3 program, you will gain early-assurance admission to the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy.
Our 3+3 partnership with MCW accelerates your typical degree timeline by a full year. This means that you’ll be out in the workforce sooner, instead of paying for tuition. In addition, you’ll be helping fill the health care gap in underserved communities.
The MCW School of Pharmacy program is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. You’ll be eligible to sit for pharmacist licensure examinations upon successful completion of the Pharm.D. program.
After completing your first year in the MCW School of Pharmacy, you’ll receive a bachelor of science degree in natural sciences from SNC through “reverse transfer” of those credits earned at MCW. The reverse-transfer program guarantees six Pharm.D. seats for full-time SNC students who successfully complete program prerequisites.

This advisor will help guide you through your undergraduate degree choices and can connect you to undergraduate research opportunities at MCW.
The MCW School of Pharmacy is the only three-year Pharm.D. program in the Midwest that is located at an academic medical center, providing access to world-renowned resources at Froedtert Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin for students and faculty alike. The aim of the MCW School of Pharmacy is not only to educate the pharmacists of the future, but to create new and innovative practice models and inter-professional health care teams that leverage the role of the pharmacist to deliver patient-centered care with improved health outcomes.
MCW’s Pharm.D. degree will provide you with extensive clinical experience in a variety of medical specialties, including biomedical research. Upon graduation, you’ll be ready to work in hospitals, clinics, retail pharmacies or community health centers.
